Pillow Block Ball Bearing Unit, Model: UCP Series.
Composed of a cast iron housing and a pre-mounted insert ball bearing with set screw locking. Suitable for medium to heavy-duty applications such as agricultural machinery, conveyors, fans, and textile machinery.
Clean the shaft and bearing bore before installation. Ensure shaft tolerance fits (g6/h7).
Slide the UCP unit onto the shaft and fix the housing onto the mounting base with bolts.
Tighten the two set screws on the inner ring:
UCP204-205: 4-5 N·m
UCP206-207: 6-8 N·m
UCP208 and above: 10-15 N·m
Check for proper shaft alignment to avoid misalignment.
Factory greased; re-grease after 10-20 hours of initial use, then every 500-1000 hours or 3 months.
Do not hammer the bearing; avoid misalignment. Stop immediately if abnormal vibration or noise occurs.
Inner Packaging:
Each bearing unit is sealed in an anti-rust plastic bag. Neutral white box or customized color box available.
Medium Packaging:
10-20 units per carton, depending on the model. Each carton labeled with model, quantity, gross/net weight.
Outer Packaging:
For full container shipments: cartons stacked on pallets, wrapped with stretch film.
For LCL shipments: cartons reinforced with straps and moisture-proof protection.
Shipping Methods: Supports sea freight, land transport, air freight, or express (DHL/UPS/FedEx).
Container Loading Tips: Heavier bearings should be placed at the bottom or center of container to avoid damage.
Moisture Protection: Desiccants recommended in containers, especially for humid regions or rainy seasons.
Label Requirements: Cartons should have clear labels (model, quantity, PO number if required by client).
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of production or receipt (whichever comes first).
During the warranty period, if any defect or failure occurs due to manufacturing quality issues, we offer free replacement or return.
Warranty does not cover:
Improper installation or severe misalignment
Harsh environments (high temperature, flooding, dust) without protection
Overload, impact, or human-caused damage
Normal wear or lubrication failure
